Privacy policy

The site has no forms and no accounts. We do not collect visitors' names, addresses or phone numbers. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies: page, country, device type and load time in aggregate. This data cannot identify a person.

The “Book a demo” button opens a Telegram chat. Messages you send are processed by Telegram under its own rules; we use them only to reply and arrange a demo. We do not add your contacts to mailing lists without your consent.

A customer's employee data belongs to the customer. Vakhta processes it under a contract with the company: time marks, shift state, checklists, workplace photos, requests. Only the roles the customer configured have access, within their own unit. Every action is written to an audit log that cannot be edited or deleted.

Data is stored in cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Photos are available only through temporary links to roles with viewing rights. We do not share data with third parties other than the infrastructure providers required to run the service.

You can request correction or deletion of data about you or your company and an explanation of how it is processed. Write to us in Telegram via “Book a demo” or to the email stated in the contract. Site operator: Vakhta.
