Vakhta / Checklists

Give the next shift a prepared zone and its history.

For a shift with a required checklist, the worker prepares the zone, completes items and adds photos. A supervisor reviews the material and the next worker accepts the zone.

Checklists

Interface illustration with fictional data. The real interface evolves and may differ.

How it works

  1. Workers complete their position’s checklist and submit photos.
  2. The supervisor approves the report or records a specific concern.
  3. The next shift reviews the handover and records acceptance.

Value for manufacturing

Keep the zone’s condition, concerns and decisions together between shifts.

Book a demo

A situation on the shop floor

The outgoing team cleaned an area, yet the next team finds objects left behind or does not know about a concern. Vakhta connects the checklist, photos and the supervisor’s decision. The handover retains the evidence behind the review, rather than just a completion mark.

People and responsibilities

The worker finishes work, cleans the area, completes the assigned checklist, adds photos and submits a report. The supervisor reviews the evidence and records a decision. The incoming worker accepts the area in their own workflow. Remarks remain attached to the handover.

What to evaluate in a pilot

For one area, agree readiness criteria and photo requirements. Compare handovers with complete evidence, waiting time for review and recurring remarks.

Discuss cases where the next shift inherited an unprepared workplace: a photo alone does not prove a good handover.

Scope and preparation

The following path applies to a session with a required checklist. Finishing work leads to cleaning and reporting; it does not immediately close the shift. Exit is recorded by QR after the required steps, with separate regulated supervisor actions available. Photos and system suggestions support review; a person makes the decision.
