Vakhta / Bonus
Each checklist a supervisor approves earns the worker one point. Points and remarks are visible in the panel and Telegram, so the bonus basis is clear.

A clear basis for discussing contributions. Points tracking is not payroll calculation.
Book a demoAt the end of the month workers ask why one colleague got a bonus and another did not, and the supervisor explains from memory. In Vakhta points come from recorded facts: every checklist a supervisor approves earns the worker one point.
The panel shows the points ledger, remarks and monthly history. The employee report explains each shift: checklist status, remarks, acceptance by the next shift and the supervisor’s decision. Workers see their own points in Telegram. The employee report covers the last twelve months and opens from a link.
The shift supervisor reviews the cleaning report and records the decision that determines the point. Downtime and safety reports never reduce points: nobody should hesitate to report a problem.
At month end the system selects nominations: employee, department and supervisor of the month. They are marked preliminary until the month closes, then fixed together with the winners and their points. Managers and accountants see the totals; the company decides on any cash bonus. Winners receive a congratulation card in Telegram, and the month’s result no longer changes.
Agree the rule with the team before you start: what an approved checklist means and when a supervisor returns it with a remark. During the month, check whether workers understand why they did or did not earn a point, and whether different supervisors judge similar work the same way.
Compare remarks and returned reports at the start and at the end of the pilot. Discuss disputed cases separately: they show where the rule or the checklist needs clarification. Keep a few examples of approved and returned reports to explain the rule to new workers with real photos.
Points record contribution; they are not a wage or cash bonus calculation. Your bonus policy decides how points affect pay, and Production output is recorded separately and does not automatically create points or wages; OEE is not measured.
The current panel has no manual point scoring. A worker can appeal a score through a request in the bot. Launch needs checklists for positions, assigned unit supervisors and an agreement on who reviews workers’ appeals. Nominations are calculated separately for each plant. Before launch, explain the rule to workers in one plain paragraph.
