Vakhta / Salary
At month end, reconcile rates, recorded time and accruals. An accountant enters the amount due; a separate record retains the actual payment.
Interface illustration with fictional data. The real interface evolves and may differ.
Reduce manual reconciliation between time records and payments. Vakhta does not transfer money, calculate statutory taxes or replace accounting.
Book a demoThe fictional example uses an approved rate of UAH 150 per hour and 160 payable hours. This produces UAH 24,000 at that rate before other approved components. These are illustrative inputs, not a promised result for your team.
Accruals use approved dated terms and recorded time. Missing evidence needs investigation. Access determines visible amounts and actions.
The accountant determines and records the amount due separately. Without that record, the remaining amount due is unknown.
In this fictional example, the accountant separately entered UAH 22,000 due. After an actual UAH 15,000 payment, UAH 7,000 remains. Rate-based accruals and the amount due are distinct inputs.
Vakhta does not transfer money or calculate taxes. History retains entered obligations, payments and corrections. Checklist points are separate.
