Vakhta / Communications

Shop floor announcements in Telegram, sent to the right people

Pick workers by unit or team and send each a private Telegram message with files or a short questionnaire. Information reaches the night shift too.

Communications

Interface illustration with fictional data. The real interface evolves and may differ.

How it works

  1. Find recipients by employee or unit.
  2. Add text, attachments or questions.
  3. Review dispatch in the sent list.

Value for manufacturing

Reach workers through the channel they already use.

Book a demo

A situation on the shop floor

The cleaning procedure has changed or an inspection is due tomorrow, but the notice gets buried in a group chat. In Vakhta a supervisor or HR picks recipients in the panel, either specific people or a group by plant, unit or team, and each person receives a private Telegram message.

A message can carry photos, video, audio or a PDF, or a short questionnaire with choices or free-text answers. The sent history keeps the content and the recipients. Search finds people by name or personnel number.

People and responsibilities

Shift supervisors, production heads, HR and administrators can send messages, and only to workers within their access scope. The author reviews a group message or questionnaire before sending it.

The author sees how many people were invited, started and submitted a questionnaire, along with individual answers. Workers answer one question at a time in Telegram and can continue later. Ordinary text replies to the bot do not enter this section. If a worker’s Telegram account changes or the author loses access, messages not yet sent are cancelled.

What to evaluate in a pilot

Choose one recurring topic: a procedure change, a reminder before an inspection or a short survey about working conditions. Check how many workers have linked Telegram and who remains unreachable.

Compare how quickly information reaches the night shift with a notice board or a group chat. For questionnaires, look at the share of submitted answers and whether the questions are clear without a supervisor’s explanation.

Do not send everything: when the bot delivers too many notices, workers stop reading them. Agree who writes about what, and review it at the end of the pilot.

Scope and preparation

An “accepted by Telegram” status does not mean the worker has read the message: Vakhta does not track reading. This is not a discussion chat, and it does not replace signed safety briefings.

Messages do not affect time records, shift state or points. Inactive workers and workers without linked Telegram will not receive messages and are shown as unavailable. Do not collect medical or other sensitive data in questionnaires unless the work requires it. One message can carry up to five files.
