Vakhta / Scheduling

From absence to a decided shift replacement

A shift has an open slot. Check availability, skills and coverage, offer the work and select someone for the plan.

Scheduling

How it works

  1. Choose a plan, period and zone; review absences.
  2. Review demand, availability and candidate preparation.
  3. Send an offer and decide the staffing.
  4. Publish plan changes and notify workers.

Value for manufacturing

Managers can review the basis for a replacement before work starts. A plan does not record attendance, and matching does not authorize work.

A worker will miss a shift

A packing-zone plan has an open slot. The manager checks absences, availability and recorded candidate skills. They can offer an open shift and decide who joins the plan.

Plans and actual work

Named alternatives help compare staffing. Plans support several non-overlapping shifts per day, zones and templates. Publishing notifies workers of updates.

A planned assignment does not record arrival. If someone is already working and another zone needs them, use the separate in-shift transfer.

A manager makes the decision

Skills and coverage help assess staffing, but do not authorize work. AI planning is not claimed as an available feature. In a pilot, inspect open slots, actual attendance and notification delivery.
