Vakhta / Production

Orders, routes, output and quality

See which stage an order has reached and what needs a decision. Record crew work, stage output, scrap and quantities awaiting review.

Interface illustration with fictional data. The real interface evolves and may differ.

How it works

  1. Save customer demand and transfer selected lines into production.
  2. Define routes and stages for department work.
  3. Record actual worker participation at the stage.
  4. Record good output, scrap and quantities awaiting review.
  5. Decide quality outcomes or authorize linked rework.

Value for manufacturing

Managers can follow order progress and the basis for decisions. One stage’s output does not mean the entire customer order is fulfilled.

Book a demo

An order for 500 parts

A customer needs 500 parts. The manager saves the demand and explicitly transfers a selected line into production. The job receives a route: cutting → assembly → packing.

Planned people and resources do not establish actual participation. The responsible person records who worked at the stage and when.

Output and quality review

Cutting records 480 good parts, 10 scrap and 10 awaiting review. This is the stage result, not 500 finished parts ready for the customer.

An authorized person accepts quantities, records scrap or authorizes rework with a route and reason. Rework has a linked record; the original history remains.

Production-accounting boundaries

Customer readiness depends on accepted output at the terminal stage, quality reviews and open work. Replenishing a shortfall and rework require separate decisions.

Recording output does not automatically create wages or points. Vakhta does not claim machine control, stock accounting, ERP synchronization or automatic OEE.
