Vakhta / In-shift transfers

Move help to another zone with the history intact

At 10:30 another zone needs a worker. A supervisor authorizes the transfer with a reason; recorded time stays with the place where the work happened.

Interface illustration with fictional data. The real interface evolves and may differ.

How it works

  1. Choose the worker, unit and zone within the same site.
  2. End active production participation if present, and give the transfer reason.
  3. An authorized supervisor confirms the action or approves the worker’s request.
  4. Review the linked shift parts and meet the destination’s requirements.

Value for manufacturing

You can reconstruct where and when the person worked. An in-shift transfer does not change their permanent personnel assignment.

Another zone needs help

Packing work is finished and assembly needs help. The supervisor records a transfer at 10:30 with a comment. The packing shift part ends and its continuation starts at the same instant.

A worker may also submit a request. The request does not itself move the person: an authorized responsible person must decide.

What the history retains

Linked shift parts retain recorded time, the plan and arrival. The continuation pins its own checklist obligation and follows normal acceptance of the new zone.

Pay does not automatically switch to the destination position’s rate: the continuation retains the source shift’s pinned pay terms.

Before confirmation

Active production participation must end first. Transfers require the appropriate access and remain within one site.

An unfinished required source checklist is flagged for review, never fabricated as a submitted report. A permanent personnel transfer is a separate action.
