Vakhta / Audit

Audit log for shift operations: who changed what, when and why

The log records panel and bot actions with author, time, reason and before-and-after values, so disputed events are rebuilt from records, not memory.

Audit

Interface illustration with fictional data. The real interface evolves and may differ.

How it works

  1. Filter by action or object.
  2. Open a record’s details.
  3. Compare values before and after the change.

Value for manufacturing

Traceability for internal control and resolving disputed events.

Book a demo

A situation on the shop floor

A week after a shift it turns out the timesheet intervals were corrected, but nobody knows who did it or why. In Vakhta the audit log records panel and bot actions: who acted, when, on which object, with what reason and which values were there before and after.

A separate event journal shows every step of a worker’s shift and every correction. Records can be filtered and opened in detail. The raw record data is also available for technical review.

People and responsibilities

Supervisor actions, time corrections, access changes, report exports and views of medical documents are recorded automatically. A correction does not overwrite an event; it adds a new one that refers to the original.

The auditor role is read-only. Managers or internal control use the log to reconstruct the sequence of events in a dispute instead of searching through messages.

This shows not only the final result but how it was reached: what changed, when and with what reason. It also protects people who acted by the rules.

What to evaluate in a pilot

During the pilot, pick a few typical disputed situations: a time correction, a returned cleaning report, a shift closed by a supervisor. Check whether the log answers who acted, when and why without further questions.

Agree who reviews the log and how often, and whether the reasons people write in comments on their actions are meaningful.

Ask someone who was not involved to reconstruct the situation from the log alone. If they have to call the participants, tighten the rules for comments.

Scope and preparation

The log covers only actions taken in Vakhta. Whatever happened on paper, by phone or in other systems will not appear in it. Log records cannot be edited or deleted, but they are not a qualified electronic signature.

To launch, decide who needs the auditor role and agree a rule: every supervisor action or correction carries a clear reason, not a formal “because I had to”. Every report export is also logged with its filters and row count.
