Vakhta / Live shift

Manufacturing time and attendance: who is on shift right now

Record arrival, work states and shift closure. Supervisors see current status, history and transfers between workplaces.

Live shift

Interface illustration with fictional data. The real interface evolves and may differ.

How it works

  1. Find a worker and review status and recorded time.
  2. A supervisor takes an authorized action with a comment or records a transfer.
  3. Without a required checklist, finish through Telegram; with one, submit the report then use the exit QR.

Value for manufacturing

Less searching through messages, more context for decisions.

From arrival to work history

Workers record arrival by QR and manage work in Telegram. The panel shows states and recorded time. Supervisors use permitted actions with reasons to clarify records. A separate transfer keeps shift parts linked when another zone needs help.

Two closure paths

Without a pinned required checklist, a worker can finish through Telegram: departure and the time summary are recorded together.

With a required checklist, the worker submits the report and uses the exit QR when ready to close. Later configuration does not change the active session’s obligation. Supervisor closure requires a comment; automatic closure remains rule-based recovery.

Plans, time and money

A plan does not establish attendance. Recorded time feeds reports and calculations under approved terms. Payment records are separate; they do not transfer money or calculate taxes. QR is not biometric identification.
