Vakhta / Equipment and maintenance

Equipment maintenance from plan to review

Planned maintenance is due, or equipment needs emergency work. Assign a person, provide instructions and review the result before release.

Interface illustration with fictional data. The real interface evolves and may differ.

How it works

  1. Register equipment and instructions, then publish its maintenance plan.
  2. Assign planned or emergency work, a person and materials.
  3. The mechanic records the result through Telegram.
  4. A responsible person reviews completion and decides equipment release.

Value for manufacturing

Know the next service date and who owns the work. A mechanic’s submission does not replace an authorized person’s decision.

Maintenance on a packing line

The plan calls for a filter replacement today. The manager checks its date, instructions, materials and assigned mechanic. An unplanned fault can receive separate emergency work.

From completion to review

The mechanic opens assigned work in Telegram, reads the instructions and submits a result. A responsible person reviews it, reschedules or reassigns when needed, and records a release decision.

What stays recorded

History retains work, people and decisions. A mechanic’s submission does not automatically release equipment. Maintenance records do not control machines or read sensor telemetry.
